Braced 2 Bite by Serena Robar – FictionDB

I loved reading about Colby and loved her attitude. Multi-published Young Adult author of both paranormal and contemporary fiction. However the main character is a 16 year old female and the lead male is an 80 year old vampire. Serena definitely brought an interesting twist of half-vampires.

I quite liked the story line it was different to other storylines I usually come across. The back ground noise trucks? Does she cut the deal, to get back all she lost? I also thought it was a bit ridiculous how Colby, sereja her family and friends were so accepting of the fact that she was a vampire. I Look forward to more Colby.

The sexual tension is amusing and annoying because of course Thomas is the very person who may relieve her of her undead status and he works for the very people who are set to destroy her. Half-bloods, humans turned into vampires, are not allowed due to roar fact that they would pollute the undead population of Pure-Blood vampires.

Now on the other hand, I felt this book needed more. I’ve starved myself long enough and I need a break from serious angsty adult vampires.

She then recovers eobar days later as a vampire. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. And she thought getting into college was going to be her biggest problem. Screw them bigoted vamps. So I would recommend it to the younger crowd, but I think it loses it’s charm after about fourteen, fifteen years old.

This book is about a girl named Colby. You have no blood pressure and you’re cold and you’re pale with yellow eyes and Oh! Colby is the main character in this series and she gets assaulted by this vampire, gets thrown off this ravine and becomes a vampire. It was a fast, clean read with a unique twist, refreshingly different from the usual vampire love stories.

Or so she thought It was almost like two completely different characters. Her father is really something. The last epic vamp book that I’ve enjoyed was Vampire Kisses Novel. For the remaining time I was either swooning or tensing for a fight or something else. No trivia or quizzes yet.

She would have to carry it with her just so she can eat.

Braced to Bite

Two problems with this. The girl who was obsessed with l 2. Half-Blood Vampires 3 books. She finds herself put on trial in front of the Vampire Tribunal to defend her eternal life. I also really liked Piper. When she was getting attack, she fought back even though she lost. Colby is now a vampire, with the pale, pasty skin, yellowish eyes, and thirst for blood to prove it.

Like they wouldn’t freak out if their sixteen year old daughter turned into a vampire. Braced to Bite is a fun, fast read, and I really liked it! Colby is your average over-achieving cheerleader on the fast track to college and homecoming queen. How could you not fall in love with him? And then she is visited by representatives of the Vampire Tribunal who will determine if her life is to be spared… or not.

Check this one out if you’re tired of all those girl-becomes-vampire books that take themselves far too seriously. On her way she is attacked and bitten by a vampire and turned.

I really didn’t like this author’s take on the vampire world. A lot of antagonists in the books were quite obvious from the beginning and even one of her sorority girls was able to pick it up from the get-go but not Colby. What did her mom do? The characters were all pretty cool. I would recommend this book more for the MG crowd or the younger YA group.
